Production steps:

Step 3: wash mushrooms, dice, blanch and set aside
Step 4: pasta (should be cooked earlier). I used less than 200 grams, boiled for about 12 or 3 minutes, fished it out and put it on a plate
Step 5: sorry for the lack of pictures I didn't expect to shoot anything for the first time. Put ingredients in the pot, half the amount of butter, saute onion over low heat, add diced tomato, turn off the heat and set aside. Put the other half of butter, add garlic and saute until fragrant. Add oysters and stir fry a little. Add diced mushrooms and a little red wine. Later, stir fry the onion in the sauce. Stir fry, add black pepper, stir fry, add salt and serve.
Materials required:

Oyster meat: about a kilo of meat with shell

Butter: volume about 6 * 1.5 * 3 = 27ml
