Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials, a box of silk tofu, two pieces of Japanese tofu, a small section of carrot, five salted egg yolks, a little shrimp, corn and green beans.
Step 2: dice carrots, dice tofu, steam salted egg yolk and set aside.
Step 3: add proper amount of cooking oil into the hot pot, add carrots, green beans and corn kernels and stir fry.
Step 4: stir fry the salted egg yolk until it is powdery, add black pepper and shrimps, stir fry twice, add water.
Step 5: add salt and chicken essence to taste after boiling, and then put tofu into the pot in turn.
Step 6: cook the tofu for a few minutes.
Step 7: mix the starch with water, thicken and set aside.
Step 8: open the fire, slowly add the water starch into the tofu, gently mix, turn off the fire, and sprinkle with scallions after the pot.

Note: salted egg yolk in the pot before the best steaming water, so fried egg yolk more delicate.
