Cotton cake
Introduction:
"This cake is very delicious, and the difficulty of making it is still relatively high in my opinion. I don't know which step has a problem when I try to scald it for the first time. The finished product has a little waist collapse, which doesn't affect the taste. The cake is as soft and elastic as cotton
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients and weigh them separately
Step 2: separation of egg white and yolk
Step 3: pour the oil into the non stick pot and heat until boiling
Step 4: turn off the heat, sift in the flour and mix well
Step 5: mix two yolks and half of the egg white evenly
Step 6: pour into the batter several times and mix well
Step 7: add milk into the batter and stir well
Step 8: add two proteins and white granulated sugar to make them dry and foamy
Step 9: take one-third of the protein into the egg yolk paste and stir evenly
Step 10: pour the egg yolk paste into the remaining protein paste, cut and mix well
Step 11: preheat the oven at 165 ℃ for a few minutes, pour the batter into the mold, wrap a layer of tin foil around it, put boiling water in the baking tray, and bake in the oven for 75 minutes
Step 12: simmer the baked cake in the oven for a while, take out the inverted button to cool and demould
