Mahua double cooked pork
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare pork.
Step 2: pork cold water into the pot, add onion ginger, cooking wine, pepper, red pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for 25 minutes.

Note: the effect is better if you choose two pieces of meat. Pixian Douban, Douchi and Mianjiang all contain salt. The skin of meat will explode in case of hot oil. If it spills hot oil, pay attention to protection.
