Production steps:

Step 1: Simmy uses hot water twice. Don't touch it too much. It's easy for Simmy to scatter.

Step 2: put the sago into the boiling water. When it is boiled again, the water is very thick.

Step 3: filter out the sago and boil the next pot of water at the same time.

Step 4: soak in cold water.

Step 5: put sago into the second pot of water.

Step 6: after driving, Simmy floats up, as shown in the picture.

Step 7: close the lid and turn off the fire

Step 8: a big bowl

Step 9: add appropriate amount of condensed milk, sweet taste according to personal preference.

Step 10: open with a little water

Step 11: you can add fruit. I'm lazy, so I use dried fruit to dice and soak it.

Step 12: you can see it through the lid of the pot. When Simmy sees that it's transparent and there are no white spots, it can be filtered.

Step 13: take out the sago with cold drinking water once, you can pour it into the bowl.

Step 14: small dumplings are optional. Just boil them. Good Q. ^v^

Step 15: add the right amount of ice water, then put the dumplings in and stir them. (I also added apples, ha ha)
