Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the chicken leg into pieces, soak it for half an hour (soak it in bloody water), and wash it; put it in a non stick skillet with the skin facing down, and start to dry fry slowly over low heat. When there is more water, increase the fire power;

Step 6: finally, put the chicken into the pot (only put the chicken in this step, the seasoning part is not added into the pot) and stir fry with green pepper nine layer tower, then put it out of the pot and put it on the plate.
