Production steps:
Step 1: boil and shell the eggs.
Step 2: add the pig bone into cooking wine and ginger blanching water to wash away the foam.
Step 3: slice the carrot and garlic.
Step 4: heat the oil pan and fry the pork bone.
Step 5: add dried pepper, ginger and cooking wine, stir well.
Step 6: add in the soy sauce and stir fry until the pig bone is colored.
Step 7: add in the eggs and stir fry.
Step 8: pour all into the pressure cooker, add water to submerge the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and keep pressing for 7-8 minutes.
Step 9: after decompression, put it into a wok and bring to a boil. Add garlic and carrot and cook for 3-5 minutes. Season.
