Shrimp salad with mustard
Introduction:
"Don't think that mustard can only be eaten when eating sashimi. For people like me who are & quot; weird & quot; in eating, liking mustard is just like liking chili sauce, isn't it? However, the pungency of mustard is different from chili sauce, and it has a refreshing taste (people who don't like mustard are another matter). This time I used & quot; yellow mustard & quot; in the shrimp salad. Yellow mustard is yellow and slightly bitter. It is a common pungent seasoning and is mostly used in cold dishes
Production steps:
Step 1: blanch the shrimps with cooking wine, salt, pepper and cornstarch, then drain.
Step 2: blanch the pepper in boiling water and drain.
Step 3: add salad dressing, mustard, a little salt and pepper. Mix well and serve. Good salad to eat as soon as possible, otherwise, easy to water.

Note: mustard is slightly bitter, spicy and fragrant. It has a unique taste. It can be used as a seasoning for pickles, pickled raw meat or salad. It can also be used with soy sauce as a delicious seasoning for sashimi. After being wetted, mustard powder has a strong irritant pungent smell, which can stimulate taste and smell. Mustard is not exclusive to Japan, in fact, mustard originated in China, has a long history, from the Zhou Dynasty has begun to eat in the palace. The raw material of green mustard is a kind of plant horseradish growing on the mountain, whose roots and stems can be used to make mustard powder; the raw material of yellow mustard is pungent mustard, whose leaves are specially used to make mustard powder and mustard pulp.
