Production steps:

Step 1: wash pork tenderloin and loosen it with a knife.

Step 2: put the barbecued pork into the fresh-keeping box, add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, barbecued pork sauce, stir well, marinate for 24 hours (store in the refrigerator).

Step 3: marinate the roasted pork, drain the juice, heat the oil pan, fry both sides until yellowish.

Step 4: add the juice and water of the pickled barbecued pork (not without barbecued pork, probably less than half of it), bring to a boil over high heat, cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, and turn over every 5 minutes to continue cooking.

Step 5: cool the cooked barbecued pork and set aside the sauce.

Step 6: slice and drizzle with sauce.

Note: cook a good barbecue cool again cut, otherwise easy to spread.
