Mapo Tofu
Introduction:
"Mapo Tofu" is one of the traditional famous dishes in Sichuan Province, belonging to Sichuan cuisine. The main raw materials are ingredients and tofu. Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the ingredients

Step 6: add bean paste and water.
Step 7: when the water boils, add tofu and meat foam, stew with less salt, thicken and add sesame oil, pepper and scallion.
