Stewed frog
Introduction:
"I didn't eat a kilo of frogs sent by others in winter until today."
Production steps:
Step 1: Chop onion, ginger and garlic.
Step 2: wash the frog and drain the water, peel the potato and cut it into polygonal pieces, and cut the dried tofu into 1cm wide strips.
Step 3: heat the oil in a frying pan for 7 minutes, add red pepper, Chinese prickly ash, star anise, green onion and ginger, and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 4: then add the bean paste and frog, stir fry, add appropriate amount of water, dried tofu and potato, stew for 10 minutes, add garlic and monosodium glutamate, and then put on the plate.
