Love protein corn
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: raw materials: 4 eggs, half carrots and one corn.
Step 2: break the corn, wash and drain.
Step 3: put the broken corn into a bowl, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and soy sauce, and stir well.
Step 4: pour the corn kernels into the plate and cover the bottom of the plate.
Step 5: isolate the egg protein, because the corn kernels have been mixed well. Protein doesn't have to be seasoned any more.
Step 6: bring the water to a boil.
Step 7: pour in the protein and steam for 10 minutes.
Step 8: leave a slit in the lid when steaming corn... The steam won't drip on the eggs.
Step 9: wash and slice the carrots while steaming, and then shred them.
Step 10: cut the shredded carrot into pieces.
