Braised crucian carp with tomato
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: clean up a crucian carp and set it aside.
Step 2: cut the tomato into pieces.
Step 3: cut ginger, garlic and scallion and set aside.
Step 4: put two pieces of ginger into the hot oil, fry the crucian carp and set aside.
Step 5: add 2 / 3 tomato into the frying pan and stir fry slowly.
Step 6: stir fry until the tomato is soft and rotten, add tomato sauce.
Step 7: add a bowl of water.
Step 8: pour the fried fish back into the pot, add two pieces of ginger and salt.
