Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: mash papaya and mix with 20g sugar.

Step 2: add egg yolk and stir well.

Step 3: add milk, mix well and sift in low flour and baking powder.

Step 4: turn into batter.

Step 5: whisk the egg white with 30g sugar.

Step 6: divide the protein paste into two parts and mix well.

Step 7: pour into a paper cup, sprinkle with dried cranberries at 170 ℃ and heat for 25 minutes.

Papaya: 150g

Egg: 50g

Milk: 50g

Baking powder: 1g

Sugar: 50g

Dried Cranberry: moderate
