Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Step 2: cut the tomato into pieces, break up the eggs, rinse the dried shrimp, laver and cut the ginger.

Step 3: saute minced ginger with hot oil, pour in tomato and stir fry water.

Step 4: add proper amount of water and bring to a boil.

Step 5: pour in the egg drop.

Step 6: add shrimps and laver.

Step 7: season with a little salt and white pepper, drizzle with sesame oil before boiling.

Note: sprinkle a little onion will be more fragrant and beautiful.
