Production steps:

Step 1: raw materials: Flammulina velutipes, carrot, cucumber, shallot. Flavor juice: vinegar, soy sauce, salt, honey, cooked sesame.

Step 2: cut cucumber and carrot into filaments, remove the root of Flammulina velutipes and cut shallot into small sections.

Note: * you can make more scallion oil at one time. After cooling, keep it in a dry glass bottle for refrigeration. However, I think it's better to make it now. The fragrance is still there.
