Mapo Tofu
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the tofu into 2 cm square.
Step 2: put proper amount of oil in the pot and fry the meat.
Step 3: add chopped Douchi when the meat is half cooked.
Step 4: add Pixian Douban sauce and fry the meat well.
Step 5: add tofu, onion and ginger and stir fry.
Step 6: add water and cooking wine and bring to a boil.
Step 7: add tofu to taste, add starch to thicken and remove.

Pixian Douban sauce: 100g
Douchi: 2 tbsp
Scallion: right amount
Ginger: right amount
Starch: a little
Cooking wine: a spoonful
Pepper powder: a little
