Production steps:
Step 1: cut pumpkin and Pleurotus eryngii into pieces; fry shredded chicken in advance, and soak scallops in warm water.
Step 2: heat the oil in the pan, and stir fry the pumpkin and Pleurotus eryngii in the pan.
