Preserved Eggs with Chili
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: take the tip of red pepper, cut it into thin sections, and put it into a figure.
Step 2: each preserved egg is cut into four pieces and placed next to the pepper.

Vinegar: a spoonful
Minced ginger: 5g
Sesame oil: right amount
Note: when slicing preserved eggs, dip the knife with some water, so that it doesn't stick and the knife cuts neatly.
