Production steps:

Step 1: use a small amount of warm water to boil the yeast powder, use chopsticks to dig a nest in the middle of the flour, and slowly add yeast water and the remaining warm water while stirring evenly.

Step 2: knead into three smooth dough, put the kneaded dough into the container covered with plastic film, and put it into the pot with warm water for fermentation.

Step 3: knead the dough and divide it into two equal parts. Take a dough and roll it into a rectangle 0.5cm thick.
