Production steps:
Step 1: chocolate with nuts.
Step 2: cut the butter into small pieces.
Step 3: put the chocolate and butter into a bowl, heat it with water and stir until the chocolate and butter are liquid.
Step 4: break the eggs into a bowl at room temperature.
Step 5: break the eggs with a hand beater or chopsticks.
Step 6: add sugar and stir well.
Step 7: add a few drops of vanilla essence and stir well. (if you don't have vanilla extract, you can skip it.)

Step 10: sift in low gluten flour, mix well, add cashew nuts, mix well.
Step 11: pour the batter into the container.
Step 12: preheat the oven at 190 ℃ for 25-30 minutes.

Note: the original formula is high gluten flour, I replaced with low gluten flour.
