Braised Tofu with Scallion
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: green onion, clean up after cutting hob section.
Step 2: cut a piece of tofu or slice it for later use.
Step 3: after the pan is heated, add proper amount of peanut oil.
Step 4: heat the oil, put the chopped scallions and stir fry them over medium heat.
Step 5: when the scallions begin to soften, put the cut tofu and continue to stir fry.

North tofu: 1 piece
Salt: right amount
Fresh soy sauce: right amount
Peanut oil: right amount
