Production steps:
Step 1: half carrot, wash and shred.
Step 2: wash and shred a cucumber.
Step 3: blanch two tofu skins in hot water.
Step 4: after blanching, remove the water and cut it into shreds.
Step 5: blanch the cut carrot shreds with hot water, then remove and control the moisture.
Step 6: mix salt, vinegar, fresh soy sauce, mustard oil, homemade chili oil and sesame oil to make sauce.
Step 7: mix all the ingredients, put in the sauce and mix well. After half an hour, you can eat it.

Chili oil: right amount
Note: tofu skin is not easy to taste, if you are not in a hurry to eat, you can extend the curing time. If you are afraid that the curing time is too long, you can leave the cucumber out of the water and put it in before eating.
