Fried peas with sausages
Introduction:
"Hormel's classic Cantonese sausage is red in color, with white flowers in between. It tastes salty and sweet, with some wine flavor. When it is tasted fine, it is fragrant. It's a good way to go with the peas
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the material.
Step 2: slice the sausage.
Step 3: heat the oil in the pan, stir fry the sausage and take it out.
Step 4: saute the remaining oil in the pan until fragrant.
Step 5: pick and wash the peas, stir fry a few times.
Step 6: add some water and cook for a while.
Step 7: add the sausages.

Peas: 200g
Minced garlic: 10g
Salt: 3G
Water: 10g
Note: stir fried peas to the fire, do not cover, keep the color green.
