Flammulina velutipes beef pot
Introduction:
"It's a dish that my family likes very much. It's not nonsense. It's open."
Production steps:
Step 1: the fat beef I used is the fat beef roll I bought directly in the supermarket, which has been cut. Cut off the old root of Flammulina velutipes and wash it. Cut ginger, garlic, onion, green onion and coriander.
Step 2: Boil the water in the pot, put the Flammulina velutipes into the fire and cook for three minutes, then remove and drain the water.
Step 3: while boiling water, add cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper and starch into the beef, mix well and marinate for five minutes.
Step 4: put the oil in the pot, heat the oil, add the minced ginger, garlic and onion, and stir fry until fragrant. Onions and cooking wine help remove the smell of fat cattle.
Step 5: after stir frying, put in the beef and stir fry quickly. While stir frying, use the spatula to disperse the beef and do not stick together.
Step 6: put the Flammulina velutipes into the pot as soon as the beef is cut off, then add salt, chicken essence, a small amount of sugar, a small amount of Pepper (because the beef has just been pickled, so put less), stir fry for a few times, and finally add scallion and coriander powder to start the pot.
