Rice with spare ribs and lotus leaf

Production steps:
Step 1: get the ingredients ready.
Step 2: the seasoning is ready.
Step 3: rinse the rice gently with water.

Step 12: marinate for about 30 minutes.
Step 13: when marinating, you can deal with lotus leaves. Pour proper amount of water into a clean pot and bring to a boil.
Step 14: put the lotus leaf into the open water and soften it.
Step 15: continue to cook for about 2 minutes.
Step 16: remove and rinse with clean water.
Step 17: spread the washed lotus leaves into the steamer.
Step 18: pour in the marinated spareribs and rice.
Step 19: put into the pot, cover and steam over high heat for 40 minutes.
Step 20: after steaming, out of the pot, sprinkle with scallion and coriander, you can eat.
