Production steps:

Step 2: mix yeast and milk evenly.

Step 8: take out a small dose, exhaust, knead into two sharp oval, put on the baking plate.
Step 9: preheat the oven for 10 minutes, turn off the fire, then put in the baking pan and a cup of hot water, continue to ferment for 20 minutes, you can see that it is bigger than the original, firing, 100 degrees, 15 minutes.
