Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials.
Step 2: soak the glutinous rice overnight and rinse it.
Step 3: put water in the steamer, put a layer of gauze on the steamer drawer, and steam the glutinous rice on the gauze.

Step 8: put the Lantern Festival into the pot and cook it until it floats.
Step 9: add the fermented wine and bring to a boil.
Step 10: Sprinkle with sweet osmanthus.

Note: 1, mixed koji must be in the glutinous rice cool to 30 degrees later. 2. The container for making wine should be clean and not stained with raw water and oil. 3.
