Introduction:

"Recently, we have fried shredded radish. The taste is so similar to that of pickle jar. It's not only delicious, but more importantly, it's healthier than pickle. It's in line with the current concept of healthy diet."

Production steps:

Step 1: 1. Prepare shredded radish, green pepper and red pepper.

Step 2: 2. Prepare seasoning, dry red pepper, Chinese prickly ash, ginger and garlic.

Step 3: 3. Saute green pepper, red pepper, dried pepper and Chinese prickly ash in pot.

Step 4: 4. Add shredded radish and stir fry.

Step 5: 5. When the radish is soft, add a small spoon of salt.

Step 6: 6. Add proper amount of mature vinegar when starting the pot.

White radish: 300g

Dry red pepper: right amount

Zanthoxylum bungeanum: right amount

Red pepper: right amount

Green pepper: right amount

Ginger: right amount

Garlic: right amount

Salad oil: right amount

Vinegar: right amount

Note: the best choice of red radish, taste better than white radish, less water, suitable for frying.
