Production steps:
Step 1: material preparation. Wash the white blinds.
Step 2: cut the blinds and comb like pieces.
Blanch for 10 seconds, take out the cold water and drain.
Step 3: cut parsley into long sections, chop garlic with a pat, and cut chili pepper with a knife.
Step 4: put coriander, pepper and garlic on the blinds.

Vinegar: 2 tbsp
Raw soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
Chili oil: 1 tbsp
Note: the blinds are very well cooked. Blanch for 10 seconds. If you blanch for too long, you get old.
