Production steps:
Step 1: wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for more than 6 hours (I soaked it for one night).
Step 2: steam the soaked glutinous rice thoroughly.
Step 3: put the steamed glutinous rice into the rice basket and rinse it with cold water.
Step 4: pour the prepared glutinous rice into a bowl, feel the temperature with your hands, gently but not hot. When it is about 32-35 degrees (I measure it by temperature), add the crushed sweet wine and medicine, and be sure to mix well.
Step 5: put the mixed glutinous rice into the oil-free utensil prepared in advance with a spoon, and slightly compact the glutinous rice with the back of the spoon. Use chopsticks to make a small hole in the middle of the compacted glutinous rice. Sprinkle the remaining liqueur on the surface.
