Production steps:

Step 1: wash the chicken wings, chop them in half, blanch them with wine for three or five minutes, remove them, clean them and drain the water.

Step 2: cool the oil in a hot pot, add ginger slices and chicken wings, stir fry until discolored, add cooking wine, star anise and soy sauce, stir fry until the chicken wings are evenly colored.
