Production steps:
Step 1: soak the mushroom in water for about 1 hour, change the water several times, wash it several times, remove the stalk, drain the water, load the plate, put rock sugar and a little oil, steam in the pot, steam for 18 minutes.
Step 2: put a little oil in the hot pot, stir fry ginger and garlic (sliced garlic) for a few times, put chicken into medium heat and stir fry, about 2-3 minutes, chicken skin is a little yellow.
