Production steps:
Step 1: sift the low gluten flour into the bowl, add the fine sugar, mix well, and add the egg mixture. Beat with a hand beater until the batter is thick.
Step 2: add the melted butter.
Step 3: stir evenly, the batter will be thinner and glossy
Step 4: add almond powder. Mix well
Step 5: add milk and mix well. The cake paste is ready. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 6: take out the cake paste, put it into the flower mounting bag, cut a hole in the bag mouth, and squeeze it into the mold. Preheat the middle layer of the oven, heat 180 degrees up and down, bake for 10 minutes, remove and demould after cooling.

Low gluten flour: 75g
Almond powder: 25g
Butter: 75g
Fine granulated sugar: 50g
Milk: 10g
Eggs: 2
Note: the size of the mold is different, and the time should be increased or decreased. The length of my baked product is about 5cm, which is relatively small. Generally, the color on the edge of the baking is almost the same.
