Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: clean the chicken legs.

Step 2: carefully peel the skin of the chicken leg to the root, do not cut off, pick off the meat, and cut off another bone at the joint of the chicken leg.

Step 3: chop the chicken with scallion.

Step 4: Press in garlic with garlic press, rub in ginger, add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and black pepper, mix well in one direction, marinate for 15-20 minutes.
