Production steps:

Step 1: wash the spareribs, cut into square pieces, steamed meat, rice noodles, bean paste, ginger, scallion.

Step 2: add spareribs, bean paste, South milk, soy sauce, chicken essence, pepper, sugar, cooking wine, sesame oil, mix well.

Step 3: add steamed meat, rice flour, ginger, scallion, mix well.

Step 4: boil water on the pan, steam spareribs with flour and put them into the steamer.

Step 5: boil water and steam for 45 minutes.

Step 6: plate and sprinkle with scallion.

South milk: right amount

Bean paste: right amount
