Flammulina velutipes with chopped pepper and vermicelli
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: remove the root of Flammulina velutipes, wash it and tear it open by hand.
Step 2: soak the vermicelli in boiling water.
Step 3: pour the oil into the pan, heat up, pour in the chopped pepper and stir fry.
Step 4: add the steamed fish, soy sauce and water and stir well.
Step 5: add water to the pot, bring to a boil, pour in Flammulina velutipes and cook.
Step 6: spread the soaked vermicelli on the plate.
Step 7: spread the Flammulina velutipes on the top, and then pour the fried chopped pepper evenly on the Flammulina velutipes. Boil water and steam for about 8 minutes.
Materials required:
Flammulina velutipes: 1
Fans: 1
Chopped pepper: 2 tbsp (30ml)
Steamed fish and soy sauce: 2 tbsp (30ml)
Water: 2 tbsp (30ml)
Note: both chopped pepper and steamed fish soy sauce have salty taste, so I didn't put extra salt. Our taste is very light.
