Simple mung bean paste
Introduction:
"In the hot summer, I made a pot of mung bean paste and iced it all summer."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the mung beans and boil some hot boiling water.
Step 2: when the water boils, turn off the heat, pour the freshly washed mung beans into hot water, cover and soak for one night.
Step 3: the next day, you will see the mung bean is soaked and boiled, and it will rise a lot. < br > at this time, pour cold water into a larger pot, and you are ready to cook the mung bean paste.
Step 4: after boiling with cold water, put in the soaked mung bean and cook it slowly. At this time, you will feel that the mung bean is boiled rotten quickly.
Step 5: Boil the mung beans into sand, and then put the washed and cut kelp into it to cook for about 10 minutes. The taste is quite refreshing. If you want to eat soft kelp, cook it for a long time. When it's almost ready, put sugar in it, and the sugar will melt completely.
Materials required:
Mung bean: moderate
Kelp: right amount
Sugar brick: right amount
Water: moderate
Note: 1. I tried to soak mung beans in cold water for one night. The results showed that the boiled mung bean paste not only took time, but also some mung beans didn't boil. Therefore, it was recommended to soak mung beans in hot water, and it was just boiled hot water for 2 hours. If you don't want to be all mung beans, you can also put some rice before putting kelp to make mung bean sand thicker
