Production steps:
Step 1: peel lotus root, cut into thin slices, soak in water to remove astringency.
Step 2: cut the purple cabbage into thick silk and put it into the plastic basket.
Step 3: put the lotus root into boiling water to boil slightly, then pour the boiling water into step (2) to scald, and drain the water.
Step 4: mix well while it is hot, then add salt, mushroom essence, white vinegar, sugar, plum, seasoning and cold mix. When it is cold, put it in the refrigerator, refrigerate for more than 5 hours, and then put it on the plate after it tastes crisp.
