Northeast family (stewed spareribs with kidney beans)
Introduction:
"Northeast stew, kidney bean stewed ribs, perfect meat idea."
Production steps:
Step 1: the pig neck bone I used tastes delicious. Wash the spareribs, boil them with water, and then rinse them one by one. Boil water in a pot, add onion, ginger, pepper and spareribs, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and cook for half an hour, then the spareribs are soft and rotten.
Step 2: wash the kidney beans, peel and slice the potatoes.
Step 3: heat up the oil and fry the scallion.
Step 4: stir fry the ribs.
Step 5: add kidney beans and potatoes, continue to stir fry, pour soy sauce and color.
Step 6: bring water to boil.
Step 7: put salt after boiling water. It doesn't matter if there is more. Kidney bean spareribs don't like to taste. Cover and simmer.
Step 8: collect the soup quickly, put the chicken essence, turn it over in the big fire to make the soup wrapped on the vegetables and then put it on the plate.
