Super simple loquat in syrup

Super simple loquat in syrup

Introduction:

"All fresh loquats will go to market this year. I bought some loquats to make sugar water while the tail is very cheap. It's very simple. Wash the loquats, remove the core and peel, add water to the empty pot and submerge the loquats. Put a few pieces of rock sugar in it, bring it to a boil over a high fire, keep it low for 5 minutes, turn off the fire and cool it. Refrigerate it in the refrigerator and drink it when you want."

Production steps:

Step 1: wash and peel loquat

Step 2: add water to the empty pan and submerge the loquat

Step 3: put some rock sugar and bring to a boil

Step 4: keep the fire low for 5 minutes. Turn off the fire and let it cool. Just put it in the refrigerator!

Materials required:

Loquat: whatever

Water: moderate

Rock sugar: right amount

Note: don't open the lid of the pot after turning off the fire, just wait until it's cool. In fact, I put it in a cold basin to cool down, and then put it in the refrigerator after it's cool.

Production difficulty: simple

Process: boiling

Production time: 10 minutes

Taste: sweet
