Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: cut tofu into thin slices, then cut into diamond shaped slices, dip a little in the egg liquid.
Step 3: put the tofu slices in the oil pan and fry them until golden on both sides.
Step 4: put the fried tofu slices on the plate.
Step 5: slice pork, carrot, cucumber, onion and ginger.
