Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: a piece of old tofu

Step 2: cut in half

Step 3: slice

Step 4: cut it all

Step 5: rinse, put into pan + frying.

Step 6: fry both sides golden.

Step 7: drain the oil

Step 8: sesame paste + Shacha paste + oyster sauce + chopped pepper + soy sauce + sesame oil + soy sauce

Step 9: mix the sauce well.

Step 10: put the bottom oil in the pot, saute onion, ginger, garlic, dried shrimps, minced meat, and stir fry until fragrant.

Step 11: pour the sauce into the pan and stir fry.

Step 12: add enough water at one time and pour in a little soy sauce

Step 13: cover and cook

Step 14: add sugar to the juice

Step 15: the color is beautiful, red and bright.

Step 16: pick it up and taste it. Sweet, very fragrant. Sesame paste and umami.

Materials required:

Tofu: 1 piece

Scallion: right amount

Minced meat: moderate

Dried shrimps: right amount

Ginger: right amount

Garlic: right amount

Sesame paste: 1 teaspoon

Shacha sauce: 1 teaspoon

Oyster sauce: 1 teaspoon

Chopped pepper: 2 teaspoons

Sugar: right amount

Sesame oil: right amount

Old style: moderate

Note: no need for salt, chopped pepper and soy sauce are salty.
