Crucian Carp and Shredded Turnip Soup
Introduction:
"Our family likes to eat fish. This soup of shredded radish and crucian carp is homely, delicious and nutritious. There are fish to eat and soup to drink. It's the best of both worlds."
Production steps:
Step 1: clean the crucian carp, remove the black film inside the belly of the fish (to fishy), and dry the water.
Step 2: Fry crucian carp in red oil pan until golden on both sides.
Step 3: add scallion and ginger, and 2000 ml cold water to the pot, and bring to a boil.
Step 4: add shredded white radish, cover and simmer for half an hour.
Step 5: season with salt and sprinkle with scallions.
Materials required:
Crucian carp: one
Radish: one
Onion and ginger salt oil: appropriate amount
Note: use ginger in the pot wipe again, can prevent sticking pot.
