Production steps:
Step 1: get the materials ready.

Step 3: beat the yolk with a hand beater, add grape seed oil, sugar, milk, sifted flour and cocoa powder. Try to stir evenly, do not turn a direction of the circle to mix, irregular direction of mixing, so as not to affect the taste of flour gluten.
Step 4: use the second gear of the electric egg beater to start beating protein.
Step 5: start to add sugar for the first time when there are fish eyes, and then change to gear 4 to start high-speed egg folding. This granulated sugar should be added in three times.
Step 6: beat until the protein is swollen and dry. That is, the protein above is pulled into a small head shape.
Step 7: add a small amount of protein into the egg yolk paste, and stir evenly with a silicone scraper. Then add a small amount of protein paste and stir well. Repeat this three times. Then pour the egg yolk paste into the protein and stir well.

Step 16: coat the whole cake with cream, sprinkle with chocolate chips and squeeze a circle of flower on the surface and bottom of the cake. Add the rose made of mango.
