Introduction to pulangoerzi
Applicant: Ali Prefecture, Tibet Autonomous Region
Guoerzi, which is popular in Pulan County of Ali Region, is a kind of song and dance that shows the battle of ancient Tibetan soldiers.
Each year, the 8th and 9th of the second quarter of February in the Tibetan calendar (called "little cijie" and "big cijie") are two important religious festivals in Xide temple in Pulan County, during which Golz performs.
The rehearsal for the little "cijie" is once, performing 6 paragraphs, and Gorz is the last paragraph. At the rehearsal, there were only 30 or 40 people in the audience at most, most of whom were the actors' families.
The grand "cijie" is an official performance with an audience of more than 300 people. At that time, 20 passages will be performed, focusing on the construction history of the West German temple. Among them, Golz belongs to the 11th section. Golz's song and dance performance can be divided into four levels: 1. The rhythm is slow at the beginning, mainly accompanied by drums; 2. Adagio song and dance, whose lyrics mainly praise the image of sun, moon, star, eagle and soldier; 3. The fast-paced song and dance, whose lyrics mainly explain the source and use of the dancers' armor, shield and sword, and show and praise weapons; 4. The fast-paced song and dance at the end The dance is flexible and mainly praises the soldiers.
Pulangoerzi not only has unique artistic appreciation value, but also is a precious living material for the study of Tibetan traditional culture.
