Introduction to dance in many places:
Applicant: Zhouqu County, Gansu Province
Luoluo dance is a well preserved Tibetan folk dance in Gannan area. It is mainly popular in Zhouqu County, Diebu county and other Tibetan areas in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province. It is said that duodi dance originated in some Tibetan villages in Zhouqu, Gansu Province. In ancient times, people returned from hunting. Sometimes at the end of the year or harvest festival, people set up bonfires and danced around them. This kind of singing and shouting and hand in hand activities gradually evolved into a kind of folk song and dance handed down from generation to generation. Now, Tibetan people in Zhouqu County, Gannan county and other places in Gansu Province will dance this kind of dance when they meet traditional festivals, harvest, sacrifice and other folk rituals.
Multi dance forms, simple style, strong national color. The rhythm of the whole performance is distinct, accompanied by singing. The melody is simple and the action is free and easy, showing the unique regional style and strong local flavor.
There are more than ten types of duodi dance, such as sadodi, gebandodi and gongbianduodi. Different types have their own forms and meanings. At the beginning of the dance, three times on the top of the head and three times on the foot are performed to symbolize the pioneering achievements of the ancestors. Then the origin of the sun, the moon, the stars, the mountains, the lakes and the sea is described, and the benefits of these natural phenomena are praised. In the process of performance, the dance shows the strange changes of natural landscape. The sky, grassland, ocean and other scenes have different dance forms.
Duodi dance is the product of the integration of Qiang culture and Tibetan culture, which has a high reference value in the study of the origin and development of Tibetan and Qiang culture. The dance accumulates the social and cultural psychology of the Tibetan people and plays an important role in condensing the spirit of the masses in Zhouqu. At present, due to the popularity of the mass media, the cultural space for the survival of the dance is becoming smaller and smaller, and it is facing the risk of being lost. It is urgent for the government departments to invest in the rescue and protection.
