Jingbian running donkey is a kind of singing and dancing form in Jingbian commune fire in Shaanxi Province. It is commonly known as "riding donkey", "playing donkey", "pulling stubborn donkey" and "driving donkey" among the people. It is mainly spread in ningtiaoliang Town, Dongkeng Town, Zhenjing Township and other towns in Jingbian. According to the records of Jingbian County annals by Guangxu, donkey running was very popular in Jingbian in Qing Dynasty.

The donkey running performance is rich in skills, unique in style and full of life interest. It usually uses steel bars and iron wires to weld the "donkey" frame, plus a rotatable "bearing", with a bracket and four small wheels under it. It uses electric light bulbs as eyes, and decorates with raw materials such as rabbit skin, donkey skin, donkey ears and donkey tail that need not be processed, so that the "donkey" becomes a "live prop", which can not only move the ears, shake the tail, blink, open the mouth, but also complete "360 degree rotation backward riding" and "360 degree rotation backward riding" The difficult movements such as "saddle down the donkey" and "two people riding the donkey together" are usually performed after the Yangko troupe.
