Fuchun tea house in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province was founded in 1885 of the Qing Dynasty. It is famous for its unique tea making skills. In December 2006, Fuchun tea house was recognized by the Ministry of Commerce as one of the first batch of "Chinese time-honored brands". It combines flowers, tea art, dim sum and dishes to make people enjoy delicious food with good color, fragrance, taste and shape in a quiet and elegant environment. Fuchun "kuilongzhu" tea is the exclusive creation of Fuchun tea company. It takes the flavor of Zhejiang Longjing, the color of Anhui kuilongzhen (Taiping Houkui green tea) and the fragrance of Fujian Zhulan. It is brewed in the water of Yangtze River, which is called "three provinces tea boiled in one pot of water". The tea is clear and fragrant, mellow and smooth. It can quench thirst and remove greasiness. It can be called a treasure in tea.

Fuchun dim sum is handmade by traditional methods with exquisite skills, elegant shape, various varieties and different tastes. It has been recognized as "famous Chinese point" and "famous Chinese snack" by the Ministry of Commerce and won the national gold medal.
