Wenchun town

It is a township level administrative unit under the jurisdiction of Xi'an District, Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, the people's Republic of China. It is located at 129 ° 46 ′ E and 44 ° 37 ′ n, with low mountains and hills. It is adjacent to Ning'an County in the south, Hailin City in the Northwest, Mudanjiang city core area and Jiangnan New Urban Area in the northeast. It crosses Mudanjiang River and both sides of Langlang river. National Highway G11 and Heda highway pass through the town The Tujia railway runs through the north and south of Mudanjiang, with Wenchun station. It is the south entrance of Mudanjiang central city and Mudanjiang air transport center.

Wenchun town

Wen Chun is a short cut sound of "Xing Er Li Wen Che hen" in Manchu, which means "mouse tail mountain". In 1937, fujiagou, shanghushiha, zhonghushiha, xiahushiha, guanjiatun and yijiatun were merged into a small town under the jurisdiction of Ning'an county. After the victory of the Anti Japanese war in 1945, it became the Second District of Ning'an County, which was changed to Wenchun District in April 1955. In August 1960, it was incorporated into Xi'an People's Commune and changed into Wenchun branch. In January 1962, Wenchun commune was restored. In April 1984, it was changed to Wenchun township. In May 1985, the township was replaced by Wenchun town.

Administrative division

Wenchun town is the outer suburb of Mudanjiang City, with an administrative area of 299 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 20 administrative villages, 8 neighborhood committees and 78 villager groups. 54524 (in 2017); Manchu, Korean and other ethnic minorities accounted for about 7%. The town government is located in the town. It has jurisdiction over 11 communities and 20 village committees: fruit farm community, animal husbandry community, agricultural school community, agricultural research community, forest farm community, agricultural machinery school community, Wenchun No.2 Middle School community, Xinxing community (Cement Group), struggling community (Cement Group), Taiping community (Cement Group), Dongshan community (Cement Group), Wenchun village, Gongrong village, Aodong village, Heishan village, Xinli village, Shao village Guo village, Donghe village, loufang village, Nanjiang village, Lixin village, Gongmin village, Xiyuan village, Damo village, Xiaomo village, Langlang village, Kalu village, Xin'an village, Qiaotou village, Shuanglong Village and Fumin Village.

On August 24, 2007, the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Civil Affairs (No. 106, Heimin District) replied: with the approval of the provincial government, Mudanjiang City abolished Yanjiang Township under the jurisdiction of Xi'an district and merged its administrative region into Wenchun town. The people's Government of Wenchun town is still in Wenchun village.

Industry and agriculture

The common cultivated land area is 113132 mu, the forest land area is 33357.4 mu, and the forest coverage rate is 34.5%. In 2014, the total income of rural economy was 2001965000 yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 18741 yuan. Mudanjiang cement plant, located in the south of the town, is one of the national key cement production plants, as well as a state-owned cement plant. In 1992, the total output value of township enterprises was 62.36 million yuan. The cultivated land area is 61200 mu, which is the main production area of grain, soybean and potato in suburb.

Agriculture mainly produces soybean, wheat and rice. It is rich in watermelon.

Regional advantages

Wenchun town plays an important role in the overall planning of Mudanjiang City and the development planning and construction of big Mudanjiang city circle. Laoheishan region is located in the junction of Mudanjiang, Ning'an and Hailin, which is the focus of the future big Mudanjiang city circle. In the new round of overall revision of urban planning, Wenchun town has been listed as one of the key satellite towns in the near future. G11 national highway and Mudu railway run through the whole town, which is the main channel from Mudanjiang city to Hunchun port, Eastern Jilin, southern Liaoning and Bohai rim. Wenchun railway station is a national second-class railway station with an annual cargo handling capacity of 15 million tons. Mudanjiang airport is the sixth largest civil aviation airport in Northeast China. Wenchun village is 16 kilometers away from the urban area.

Ecological resources

There are 5 million cubic meters of limestone, 1 million cubic meters of volcanic ash, a small amount of bentonite, basalt and other non-metallic mineral resources, which provide resource conditions for the development of new cement materials and other non-metallic mineral products. Edible fungi, wild vegetables and other mountain forest resources are relatively rich. There are a number of key tourist attractions to be further developed, such as Laoheishan, Longtoushan, baoshanhu reservoir and Fenghuangshan. Sanjianfang hydropower project is under construction.

Among them, the cement group company has an annual output of 1.7 million tons of cement, which is an important cement production base in Mudanjiang City and the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province, and has a great radiation and driving effect on the development of the town's cement industry supporting industry and non-metallic mining industry. The industrial division of Wenchun town is relatively obvious, forming three plates with different industrial characteristics: North, center and South Central.
